We are a growing joint venture company between the world’s leading event organizer Reed Exhibitions and Indonesia’s leading tourism, transportation and hospitality group of companies, the Panorama Group. We aim to create professional, quality business to business platforms by working closely with relevant government agencies, industry partners, trade associations, venue owners, contractors and customers so as to deliver events for the industry by the industry. Currently, RPE organizes ten events in Indonesia. Now we’re looking some talented, initiative, drive, creative & dynamic people to join us as:

1INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER

Overall Responsibility

To be responsible for delivering international sales and sponsorship revenue across multiple sales verticals by working closely with other RX International Sales Group. Able to maintain key relationship management with partners worlwide and deliver the exhibitors’ need in attending the events.

Skills And Core Competencies

  • Diploma/Degree in business/marketing with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferable from exhibition industry
  • Passionate in sales and ability to travel is a must.
  • Strong Networking and Organizational Skills
  • Proven sales track records and with strong presentation skills
  • Target driven and client facing
  • Able to seek new relationships and strengthen existing relationships and networks. Work well with people and has good cultural sensitivity
  • Fluent in English And Mandarin
  • Knowledge of exhibition industry is preferred but not a must.

2OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Overall Responsibility

Reporting to the Operation Manager. The Operations Executive offers vital support throughout the exhibition cycle for the sales and operations mostly through administrative work. You will assist with a range of general exhibition duties including but not limited to pre-show and managing on site requirements for all team members.

Skills And Core Competencies

  • Diploma with min 3 year working experience
  • Organization skills, able to plan and coordinate
  • Independent Worker who possesses initiative
  • Meticulous, Systematic, Organized
  • Multi-tasking, able to work under pressure
  • Initiative, resourceful, energetic, teamwork, fast learner
  • Understand and optimize web and technology. Able to use office software such as word, excel and powerpoint
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Good command of both verbal and written English language

3EXHIBITION PROJECT MANAGER

Overall Responsibility

To be responsible for the overall revenue, profitability, quality and growth of the assigned industry or shows, to drive the revenue and sales (including square meter, sponsorships and other revenues), achieve strong visitors and show quality, manage cost and margin, develop the business (including launching of new shows and partnerships/acquisitions), responsible for the team performance and development

Skills And Core Competencies

  • Possess a degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant exhibition management experience
  • Strategic mind, strong leadership and project management abilities
  • Strong in sales or marketing or both
  • Hunger and passion for the industry
  • Result orientated, energetic
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • A team builder with good people skill
  • Good command of both verbal and written English language
  • Organized, resourceful and creative

4EXHIBITION MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Overall Responsibility

To create the marketing strategy and implement marketing campaigns for the growing B2B / B2C events in Indonesia. Able to demonstrate substantial experience of implementing and managing direct marketing campaigns for successful exhibitions, using the entire marketing mix for the buyers/visitor promotions, across a range of events.

Skills And Core Competencies

  • Diploma/Degree in business/marketing with at least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferable from exhibition industry
  • Knowledge of sales particularly Tele-marketing
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Creative, initiative, diligent, resourceful and able to work under tight datelines
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and a good team player
  • Good command in English, verbal & written

6FINANCIAL ANALYST

Overall Responsibility

The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial planning and analysis for event PL for local Management and SEAA regional office in a timely manner. He/she needs to work closely with event team to analyse event sales, costs, performance and strategy. He/she needs to display commercial awareness and the ability to provide insightful analysis on what is driving the event and exercise strong costs controls against event’s budget or latest forecast.

Skills And Core Competencies

  • BS degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 5 years’ working experience in Financial Planning and Analysis role with MNCs
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and MS Office
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns

5EXHIBITION SALES EXECUTIVE

Overall Responsibility

To be responsible for the sales of exhibition space, sponsorships and account management for the assigned international shows under a wide range of industries in our business, such as Building, Electronics, Maritime, Media etc.

Skills And Core Competencies

  • Degree/Diploma in any discipline with minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the M.I.C.E industry
  • Strong sales achievements in past jobs
  • Highly focused and motivated to achieve personal/group sales targets
  • Proactive and energetic self-starter who is able to work independently
  • Presentable with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Good command of both verbal and written English language

7ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE

Overall Responsibility

To be responsible record daily receipts and other AR matters which includes manual adjustments entries in our system (PrismLite), make VAT invoice and sending invoice out, prepare VAT report, reconciliation between PrismLite and SAP/accounting system, assisting show team in collection off and on-site, and prepare AR aging report for revenue and floor reconciliations upon completion of floor audit. Beside those, also responsible for maintenance of fixed assets register and balance sheet schedules.

Skills And Core Competencies

  • Degree holder
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Around 2 – 4 years of working experience
  • Prior experience with MNC and SAP is preferred
