We are a growing joint venture company between the world’s leading event organizer Reed Exhibitions and Indonesia’s leading tourism, transportation and hospitality group of companies, the Panorama Group. We aim to create professional, quality business to business platforms by working closely with relevant government agencies, industry partners, trade associations, venue owners, contractors and customers so as to deliver events for the industry by the industry. Currently, RPE organizes ten events in Indonesia. Now we’re looking some talented, initiative, drive, creative & dynamic people to join us as:

1SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER

Overall Responsibility

To provide sound advice and cost-effective financial services which enable the company to achieve its goals and meet its responsibilities, To be responsible for financial controls on financial reports, forecasting and financial analysis function, To be responsible for management reporting to regional finance center in Singapore and reporting to local partner’s head office finance department, To assist senior management in the Strategic Planning process, review and analyze all submissions of business strategy.

Skills And Core Competencies

  • Possess a degree in Accountancy with at least 5 years in managerial position with MNC companies preferably from service industry.
  • At least 3 years of prior working experience in public accounting firm (preferred)
  • Experience with reporting to US HQ and Regional Office
  • Familiar with using SAP B1 and Hyperion preferred
  • Good command of both verbal and written English language
  • Possess good analytical, technical and management skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, thus able to communicate with all levels including different cultures.
  • Must be effective to institute control on corporate policies and implement best practices and at the same time to be sensitive to local operating issues.
  • Must be a team player with highly level of self-esteem in order to enhance motivation within department.
  • Must be able to hands-on and work independently.

2Exhibition Marketing Manager

Overall Responsibility

To create the marketing strategy and implement marketing campaigns for the growing B2B / B2C events in Indonesia. Able to demonstrate substantial experience of implementing and managing direct marketing campaigns for successful exhibitions, using the entire marketing mix for the buyers/visitor promotions, across a range of events.

Skills And Core Competencies

  • Diploma/Degree in business/marketing with at least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferable from exhibition industry
  • Knowledge of sales particularly Tele-marketing
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Creative, initiative, diligent, resourceful and able to work under tight datelines
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and a good team player
  • Good command in English, verbal & written

3Corporate Marketing Manager

Overall Responsibility

Leading and managing the strategic development and effective implementation of the business development initiatives in Indonesia. To proactively identify, create and pursue potential acquisitions, partnerships, cloning, new launches and new business initiatives

Skills And Core Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in related field from a recognized and established college or university with 5 - 7 years’ related experience in similar position
  • The successful Head of Marketing will have strong hands-on experience across performance marketing channels: PPC, CRM-email-SMS, website conversion, partnerships/affiliates etc.
  • Good knowledge within SEO, PR and social media.
  • Strong marketing experience for a B2B and B2C product which has grown rapidly.
  • Understanding of current effective marketing techniques.
  • Strong strategic, analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team.
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
  • Previous experience in companies characterised by rapid growth.
  • Keen interest in marketing research and best practice knowledge within PPC, email and online conversion.

4EXHIBITION PROJECT MANAGER

Overall Responsibility

To be responsible for the overall revenue, profitability, quality and growth of the assigned industry or shows, to drive the revenue and sales (including square meter, sponsorships and other revenues), achieve strong visitors and show quality, manage cost and margin, develop the business (including launching of new shows and partnerships/acquisitions), responsible for the team performance and development

Skills And Core Competencies

  • Possess a degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant exhibition management experience
  • Strategic mind, strong leadership and project management abilities
  • Strong in sales or marketing or both
  • Hunger and passion for the industry
  • Result orientated, energetic
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • A team builder with good people skill
  • Good command of both verbal and written English language

5Account Manager

Overall Responsibility

To improve the sales culture and sales effectiveness of the show teams. To drive the revenue and sales, including square meters, sponsorships and other revenues for a specific segment of the show. To manage cost and margin. To develop the business, including launching of new shows and partnerships/acquisitions. To be responsible for the sales team performance and development.

Skills And Core Competencies

  • Possess a degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant exhibition management experience or specific industry sector experience.
  • Strategic mind, strong leadership and project management abilities
  • Strong in sales or marketing or both
  • Hunger and passion for the industry

6Assistant Account Manager

Overall Responsibility

  • Strong sales achievements in past jobs
  • Highly focused and motivated to achieve personal/group sales targets
  • Proactive and energetic self-starter who is able to work independently
  • Presentable with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Good command of both verbal and written English language

7ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER INDONESIAN COMIC CON

Overall Responsibility

To be responsible for Buyer/Visitor Promotion and Content of the show, appointment scheduling program and marketing strategies for assigned show team.

Skills And Core Competencies

  • Possess a degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experiences
  • A true passion for pop culture and our fans
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

8Customer Service Supervisor

Overall Responsibility

To lead and manage telesales team to support our conferences and exhibition sales. Improving quality result and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Skills And Core Competencies

  • Possess a bachelor degree from any reputable university majoring in Marketing, Hospitality, Travel, Economy or equivalent.
  • Ability to Analyze Data and Operating Database system.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
  • Diligent, resourceful and good initiative
  • Customer-focused attitude. High customer service standards.
